Evidence before opportunity

1. Establish the source

We start with project participants, public agencies and program administrators. Each profile exposes its source link, source date where available, and review date.

2. Separate fact from interpretation

Source-backed facts appear separately from research interpretation. Missing information remains unknown. An announcement does not prove an open contract, and a policy pathway does not prove parcel eligibility.

3. Preserve the timeline

Historical projects remain labeled historical. Funding references show cycle caveats. Automated source checks flag availability problems for review without silently upgrading confidence.

4. Publish only useful pages

Directories include substantive source-backed records. Empty or thin filters are excluded from indexing, and private account, search and Pursuit Room pages are never included in the sitemap.

5. Invite corrections

Project Intent submissions remain private review requests until the evidence has been assessed. Send a correction.
