Information collected
We store the name and email address you supply, a salted password hash, a recovery-code hash, account role and access plan, saved records and searches, private notes and documents, requests, and security/audit records. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service. Email addresses are not independently verified.
Use and sharing
We use this information to operate accounts, provide research tools, handle requests, prevent abuse and maintain the service. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and document storage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives network request information. We do not currently run advertising trackers or sell account information. Submitting a partner request records your interest; your private workspace is not automatically shared with a partner.
Cookies and choices
A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. We do not use optional analytics cookies. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not alter essential operation; no advertising sale or sharing is currently enabled.
Retention and your rights
Account information is retained while needed to provide the account and handle lawful operational obligations. Expired sessions and rate-limit entries are removed by scheduled maintenance. You can export account research from your account page and submit access, correction or deletion requests using the privacy request form. We may need to verify a request before acting; applicable legal rights are not limited by this policy. Deletion of backups and security records may take additional time according to operational or legal requirements.
Security and contact
We use HTTPS, hashed credentials, access controls and private document storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your recovery code safe; email password resets are not available. The service is intended for adults and not directed to children under 13. Questions and privacy requests go to Five Six Ventures LLC through our privacy request form.
